Professional, courteous....smart and highly trained. Diagnosed engine problem correctly the first day, helped us understand what the problem was and helped us figure out how to save our 2017 dodge with two yrs left in the finance agreement. The owner, Scott helped us greatly and Zach and Michael kept us informed. Love these guys, we use them for all our 6 of our vehicles.

Awesome Job. Had a Issue with my Jeep. A 09 Jeep Wrangler X, rock climber. I work for ACHD and Im on Snow call. I called Heritage told them about my problem with my Jeep, they got to my Jeep, got it fixed and it runs so much better now. These guys are Awesome. Thank you Heritage Auto Repair You guys Rock. Donny is great. I had the opportunity to work with him while we tracked down the cause of an issue I was experiencing. My car was thoroughly inspected, and I received detailed photos with clear explanations. I now have a solid understanding of what’s going on with my car and what maintenance items are coming up, like my struts, shocks, and tension belt, so I can plan ahead. Between the quality of service, friendly staff, transparent inspection process, and genuinely great conversations, Donny and the team truly knocked it out of the park for me. My brakes were completely out. The crew at Heritage Auto did a very thorough job to determine all that was wrong with the brake system. They let me know how much it would cost and kept me informed on how the repair was going. It has been almost a week and my brakes are still doing well. :)

My daughter's car check engine light came on (running slightly rough). Got it to Heritage Auto Repair and they determined one of the cylinder's fuel injectors was not functioning properly. My service advisor contacted me with info and advised of baseline work needed and, since we already had the top of engine off, other items that would be less expensive to do now rather than have to pay to take it apart again. We opted to go with my daughter's mechanic. Donnie, service advisor, indicated not flowing fuel to only one cylinder was not detrimental to engine so we put it back together and took it home to OR w/out incident. Great work on the main problem as well as advice on what would be a good idea sooner than later. It was ~$200 and worth it to know exactly the condition of the car.
