I have had the misfortune of working with heritage auto on multiple occasions and have not had a great experience any of the times. I had them fix a truck for me and after getting the all clear the engine blew up the next day. When I called in they just said these things happen. I have since taken other vehicles to them thinking maybe this was a fluke deal. After having another vehicle serviced, they forgot to re-tighten the nuts on the tire, causing it to almost fall off and cause a crash when I called them on this, they told me it was my fault for not inspecting their work. I would highly recommend any other mechanic. Since everything I’ve had from them is overpriced anyways and what they quote you you can expect to pay at least 40% more.
